Internal logistics management

1. Material Handling:
The movement, storage, and control of materials within the facility, including loading and unloading, transportation, and storage systems.

2. Production Planning and Scheduling:
Organizing the production process to optimize resource utilization and meet production targets.

3. Inventory Management:
Managing the stock of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods within the facility.

4. Quality Control:
Ensuring the quality of materials and finished products through inspection and testing processes.

5. Order Fulfillment:
Processing and preparing customer orders for delivery or shipment.

6. Information Flow:
Coordinating the exchange of information among different satellites (shops & stores) to facilitate smooth operations.

7. Employee Training and Safety:
Providing training to employees involved in logistics activities and ensuring a safe working environment together with our main customer – Salling Group a/s.

8. Technology Integration:
Utilizing technology such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software from our customer, provides us with the capability to automate and optimize internal logistics processes.
